The workshops and seminars are designed to provide teams, line managers and HR with basic practical information to reduce the probability of issues arising. The workshops focus on a range of aspects related to an employee’s role including workstation setup, posture, basic exercises and manual handling. The aim is to inform employees and allow them to self-assess their own working setup and posture. Research has indicated that employees completing basic exercises during their breaks report a significantly lower number of musculoskeletal disorders than employees who are static at rest.
